Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system.
