Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
