Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
