Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Miami with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
