Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Nova Birch Freight Group is a Miami logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking.
