Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Thistle Press is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
