Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group is a Memphis company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 738 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
