Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bridge Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
