Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Beacon Press Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
