Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system.
