Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods Group is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
