Nova Umber Foods Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
