Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
