Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
