Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
