Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
