Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
