Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
