Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Fern Foods Group is a Kansas City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
