Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
