Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
