Nova Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
