Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Birch Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
