Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Amberfield Corner Construction Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
