Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
