Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
