Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
