Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Lakeside Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
