Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
