Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
