Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Oak Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
