Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
