Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Honolulu, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
