Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to budget submissions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support budget submissions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
