Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Hartford, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
