Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
