Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Summit Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
