Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
