Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
