Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
