Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Beacon Construction is a Fresno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
