Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
