Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
