Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Linden Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
