Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
