Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
