Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Freight Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
