Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Hollow Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
