Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Vista Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
