Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Fox Markets is a Detroit retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
